Eureka has established a wet Flow calibration laboratory for calibration of various flowmeters. This laboratory is NABL accredited and offers both gravimetric and comparison methods of calibration standards.
It can calibrate instruments from 15 NB to 600 NB in size and flow rates from 100 lph to 100,000 lph.
The uncertainty of primary standard is 0.3% and for comparison standard it is 0.5%.
Flowmeters such as Rotameters, DP elements, Turbine, Vortex or Coriolis mass flowmeters can be calibrated on this system.
The laboratory is automated using a SCADA system and certified professionals are operating the same.
In house calibration laboratory traceable to national standards, in Pune. Primary standard using piston prover for calibration from 1.25 mln/min to 10,000 mln/min. and comparison method using rotary meter from 2.5-25 m3/hr. The system accuracy is 0.3 to 0.4% based on flow rate. Any make of Mass flowmeters/controller can be calibrated.
Eureka does provide onsite calibration facility for the manufacturing plants or R & D Labs.
